The ROSNOL AD-PCT1A25A/9XX-9X is a precision-engineered RF adapter designed for high-performance signal integrity across DC to 18 GHz. With a 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.25 (≥19.08 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√f (GHz) dB, this adapter ensures minimal signal degradation. The screw-lock coupling mechanism provides secure connectivity with a center contact captivation ≥27 N and mechanical durability of at least 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.46 Nm to 0.69 Nm on the TNC side and 0.8 Nm to 1.1 Nm on the SMA side, ensuring robust assembly for demanding RF applications.Constructed with premium materials for reliability, the center contacts are made of beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underlayer for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The bodies are stainless steel with passivation treatment, and insulators are PTFE for excellent dielectric performance. This design supports a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +100°C, making it suitable for harsh environments.
