Description

Precision N Jack (Female) to 7mm Sexless Connector | Straight Design | Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-PCN2P7S5A/9X-9XX is a precision RF adapter engineered for DC to 18 GHz applications, delivering 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.08√F (GHz) dB for superior signal integrity. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage up to 2500 V rms, and working voltage of 1000 V rms, with RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Both Precision N and 7mm interfaces feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement and mechanical durability over ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.70–1.10 Nm for the N side and 1.36 Nm for the 7mm side, with center-contact captivation rated at ≥28 N.

Center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel passivated, while insulators use PS for stable dielectric performance. The adapter operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +70°C, ensuring reliability in demanding RF environments.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver reliable performance at competitive pricing. Manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, all products comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to meet specialized interconnect requirements.
