The ROSNOL AD-PCN2PCT25A/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz applications, delivering 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.1√F (GHz) dB for superior signal integrity. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage up to 1500 V rms, and working voltage of 500 V rms. Both Precision N and Precision TNC interfaces feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement and mechanical durability over ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 1.35 Nm for both ends.
The center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for excellent conductivity. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel passivated, while insulators use PS and PTFE for stable dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter operates within -60°C to +100°C, making it suitable for demanding RF environments.
