The ROSNOL AD-PCN1PC25A/9XX-9X is a precision RF adapter engineered for DC to 18 GHz applications, delivering 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB for superior signal integrity. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage up to 1000 V rms, and working voltage of 335 V rms, with RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Both Precision N and 3.5mm interfaces feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement and mechanical durability over ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 1.36 Nm for N side and 0.9 Nm for 3.5mm side.The center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for excellent conductivity. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel passivated, while insulators use PS for stable dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter operates within -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for demanding RF environments.
