Precision N Plug (Male) to Ruggedized NMD 3.5mm Plug (Male) | Straight Design | Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-PCN1NMPC15A/9XX-9XX is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz applications, delivering 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB for superior signal integrity. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ on the Precision N side. Both ends feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement and mechanical durability over ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.70–1.10 Nm for N side and 0.80–1.10 Nm for NMD side.

The center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for excellent conductivity. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel passivated, while insulators use PS for stable dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter operates within -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for rugged RF environments.
