The ROSNOL AD-PCN1A25C/9XX-9X is engineered for DC to 18 GHz operation, featuring 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.2, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. It offers insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ (Precision N) and ≤ 3 mΩ (SMA), and outer contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ (Precision N) and ≤ 2 mΩ (SMA). Working voltage is 480 V rms, with RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. Both ends use screw-lock coupling for secure fit and ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.70–1.10 Nm for N side and 0.80–1.10 Nm for SMA side.
Contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel passivated, while insulators use PTFE. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter operates within -65°C to +165°C for reliable performance in harsh RF conditions.
