The ROSNOL AD-PCN1A25A/133-91 is a high-precision RF adapter engineered for DC to 18 GHz applications, offering 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.04√F (GHz) dB for superior signal integrity. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage up to 1000 V rms, and working voltage of 480 V rms, with RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Both Precision N and SMA interfaces feature screw-lock coupling for secure connections and durability over ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.70–1.10 Nm for N side and 0.80–1.10 Nm for SMA side.

The center contacts use beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel underlayer for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Bodies are brass with nickel or gold plating, and insulators are PTFE for stable dielectric performance. Additional components include a silicone rubber gasket and brass coupling nut with nickel finish. Operating temperature spans -65°C to +165°C, ensuring reliability in demanding RF environments.
