The ROSNOL AD-PCN1A25A/133-11 is a precision-engineered RF adapter designed for high-performance signal integrity across DC to 18 GHz. It features a 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥23.13 dB), and insertion loss ≤ 0.04√F (GHz) dB, ensuring minimal signal degradation. The adapter supports insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage up to 1000 V rms, and working voltage of 480 V rms, with RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Both ends utilize a robust screw-lock coupling mechanism, delivering secure connectivity and mechanical durability with ≥500 mating cycles. Center contact captivation is rated at ≥28 N, and recommended torque ranges from 0.70 Nm to 1.10 Nm for N side and 0.80 Nm to 1.10 Nm for SMA side.Constructed for reliability, the center contacts are made of brass with gold plating over a nickel underlayer, ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The bodies are precision-machined brass with nickel or gold plating, while insulators use PTFE for superior dielectric performance. Additional components include a silicone rubber gasket for environmental sealing and a brass coupling nut with nickel finish. The adapter operates within a wide temperature range of -65°C to +165°C, making it suitable for demanding RF and microwave environments.
