The ROSNOL AD-PCA1V25A/9XX-9X is a precision adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 27 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It features screw-lock coupling on both ends, ensuring secure engagement and mechanical durability of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Electrical performance includes excellent RF leakage protection and low insertion loss.

Materials and plating are engineered for durability and signal integrity. The SMA side uses a beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over nickel underplate, stainless steel body with passivated finish, and PS dielectric for low-loss performance. The 1.85mm side features beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel underplate, stainless steel body with passivated finish, and PS insulator for high-frequency stability. These materials ensure corrosion resistance and long-term reliability under demanding RF conditions.
