The ROSNOL AD-PCN1431025A/944-94 is a precision adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 12 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.13 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). It features screw-lock coupling on both ends, ensuring secure engagement and mechanical durability of ≥ 500 cycles for the N side and ≥ 100 cycles for the 4.3-10 side. Electrical performance includes return loss ≥ 24 dB and low insertion loss for stable signal transmission.

Materials and plating are engineered for durability and signal integrity. Both interfaces use brass bodies with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish for corrosion resistance. Center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate, ensuring superior conductivity. PTFE dielectric provides low-loss performance, and coupling nuts are brass with protective plating for mechanical strength.
