The ROSNOL AD-PS1PCA25A-PT/9X-9X is designed for 50 Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 27 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It employs snap-on coupling on the SMP side and screw-lock engagement on the SMA side, with axial contact captivation ≥ 27 N on both ends. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 1000 cycles for SMP and ≥ 500 cycles for SMA. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, and contact current up to 1.2 A DC.The SMP interface incorporates beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplate, stainless steel body with passivated finish, and PTFE dielectric for superior RF performance. The SMA side uses similar materials and plating for center contacts and body, ensuring corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. These materials guarantee long-term reliability under harsh conditions.
