Description

Precision 7/16 Plug (Male) to Precision N Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-PCD1PCN25A/144-94 is a high-performance adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 8 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.10 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It combines screw-lock coupling on both ends for secure engagement, with axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N and ≥ 30 N respectively. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 mating cycles per side. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz.

The N interface incorporates beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplate, brass body with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, and PTFE dielectric for superior RF performance. The 7/16 side uses brass center contacts and body, gold-plated over nickel-phosphorus underplate, and PTFE dielectric. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. These materials guarantee corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for demanding environments.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver reliable performance at competitive pricing. Manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, all products comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to meet specialized interconnect requirements.
