The ROSNOL AD-PCB1V15A/9XX-9XX is a precision adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 18 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It features screw-lock coupling on both ends, ensuring secure engagement and axial contact captivation ≥ 15 N and ≥ 20 N respectively. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 mating cycles per side. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ and low contact resistance for stable signal transmission.

Materials and plating are engineered for durability and signal integrity. The BNC side uses a beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplate, stainless steel body with passivated finish, and PS dielectric for low-loss performance. The 1.85mm side features beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplate, stainless steel body with passivated finish, and PS insulator. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing.
