The ROSNOL AD-PCAQ1PCA25A/99X-9X is designed for 50 Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 26.5 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It combines snap-lock coupling on the plug side with screw-lock engagement on the jack side, ensuring secure connectivity and axial contact captivation ≥ 27 N. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 cycles per side. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz.The snap-on SMA interface uses beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplate, body components of beryllium copper with gold plating, and PTFE/PEI dielectric for thermal and electrical stability. The jack side features stainless steel body with passivated finish, beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating, and PTFE dielectric. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing.
