Description

Precision SMA Plug (Male) to SMP Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Screw-Lock / Snap-On | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-PCA1P25C/9X-99 is designed for 50 Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 26.5 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It employs screw-lock coupling on the SMA side and snap-on engagement on the SMP side, with axial contact captivation ≥ 20 N and ≥ 7 N respectively. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 cycles for SMA and up to 1000 cycles for SMP depending on detent type. Electrical specifications include robust RF leakage performance and low insertion loss.

The SMA interface uses beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplate, stainless steel body with passivated finish, and PTFE dielectric for minimal signal loss. The SMP interface features beryllium copper center contacts and body, gold-plated over nickel-phosphorus underplate, and PEI dielectric for thermal and electrical stability. These materials ensure corrosion resistance and long-term reliability under demanding RF conditions.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters provide high quality at cost-effective pricing. All products are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and comply with RoHS and REACH standards. Customization for materials, plating, and mechanical design is available to support specific system needs.
