Description
Precision SMA Plug (Male) to SMP Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Screw-Lock / Snap-On | Stainless Steel Body
The ROSNOL AD-PCA1P25B/9X-99 is a precision adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 26.5 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It combines screw-lock coupling on the SMA side with snap-on engagement on the SMP side, ensuring secure connectivity and axial contact captivation ≥ 20 N and ≥ 7 N respectively. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 cycles for SMA and up to 1000 cycles for SMP depending on detent type. Electrical performance includes excellent RF leakage protection and low insertion loss.Materials and plating are engineered for durability and signal integrity. The SMA side features a beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate, a stainless steel body with passivated finish, and a PTFE insulator for low dielectric loss. The SMP side uses beryllium copper for both center contact and body, plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplate, and PEI as the insulator for high-frequency stability. All components are designed for corrosion resistance and mechanical robustness.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver reliable performance at competitive pricing. Manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, all products comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to meet specialized interconnect requirements.
