The ROSNOL AD-PCA1K25A/111-H1 is designed for 50 Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 27 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It employs screw-lock coupling on both ends for secure engagement, with axial contact captivation ≥ 10 N and ≥ 20 N respectively. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 mating cycles per side. Electrical specifications include dielectric withstanding voltage of 750 V rms and robust RF leakage performance.Both sides feature center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplate. Brass bodies and coupling nuts are gold-plated for enhanced corrosion resistance, while PTFE and PS insulators maintain low-loss characteristics. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter operates from −55 °C to +125 °C.
