The ROSNOL AD-PC1V25A/9XX-9X is designed for 50 Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 33 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It employs screw-lock coupling on both ends for secure engagement, with axial contact captivation ≥ 20 N and mechanical durability of ≥ 500 mating cycles per side. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, working voltage 150 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz.Both sides feature beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplate. Stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts are passivated for enhanced corrosion resistance, while PEI insulators maintain low-loss characteristics. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter operates from −55 °C to +165 °C.
