The ROSNOL AD-PC1PCN15B/9XX-9XX is designed for 50 Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 18 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × F (GHz). It employs screw-lock coupling on both ends for secure engagement, with axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N and mechanical durability of ≥ 500 mating cycles per side. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ and robust RF leakage performance.Both sides feature beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel underplate. Stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts are passivated for enhanced corrosion resistance, while PS insulators maintain low-loss characteristics. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter operates from −65 °C to +100 °C.
