The ROSNOL AD-PC2P7S5A/9X-9XX is a high-performance adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 18 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). It employs screw-lock coupling on both ends for secure engagement, with axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N and mechanical durability of ≥ 500 cycles on the 3.5mm side and ≥ 5000 cycles on the 7mm side. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, working voltage 335 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz.Both sides feature beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate. Stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts are passivated for enhanced corrosion resistance, PS insulators maintain low loss, and a silicone rubber gasket ensures sealing integrity. The adapter operates from −65 °C to +125 °C.
