The ROSNOL AD-PC1P7S5A/9XX-9XX is a precision adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 18 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). It features screw-lock coupling on both ends, ensuring secure engagement and axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 mating cycles on the 3.5mm side and ≥ 5000 cycles on the 7mm side. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz.Materials and plating are optimized for reliability: both sides use beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate. Stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts are passivated for corrosion resistance, PS insulators ensure low loss, and a silicone rubber gasket enhances sealing. The adapter operates within a temperature range of −65 °C to +125 °C.
