The ROSNOL AD-NQ1N25A-PF/944-94 is a precision-engineered N-to-N adapter designed for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 11 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). It features a 4-hole panel flange structure for secure mounting and combines Snap-On and Screw-Lock coupling mechanisms to ensure reliable engagement. Mechanical durability reaches a minimum of 500 mating cycles on both sides, with axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz.Materials and plating are optimized for durability: both sides use beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate. Brass bodies and coupling nuts are finished with copper-tin-zinc alloy for corrosion resistance, and PTFE is employed as the dielectric. The adapter operates within a temperature range of −65 °C to +165 °C.
