The ROSNOL AD-NQ1N25A-BH/944-94 is a high-performance N-to-N bulkhead adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 11 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). It combines Snap-On and Screw-Lock coupling mechanisms for secure engagement, with axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N and coupling nut retention ≥ 450 N. Mechanical durability reaches a minimum of 500 mating cycles per side. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz.
Both sides feature beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate. Brass bodies and coupling nuts are finished with copper-tin-zinc alloy for enhanced corrosion resistance, and PTFE dielectrics ensure low loss. The adapter operates from −65 °C to +165 °C.
