Description

N Plug (Male) to N Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Snap-On / Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-NQ1N25A/H44-94 is a precision-engineered N-to-N straight adapter designed for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 11 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). It combines a Snap-On coupling on one side with a Screw-Lock on the other, ensuring secure engagement and axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 200 and ≥ 500 mating cycles respectively. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz and 700 W at 2 GHz.

Materials and plating are optimized for reliability: the N-side center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate; the Snap-On side center contact is phosphor bronze with the same plating stack. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy protective finishes, and PTFE is used as the dielectric. The design offers corrosion resistance and operates within a temperature range of −65 °C to +165 °C.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver dependable performance at competitive pricing. Manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, all products comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to meet specialized interconnect requirements.
