The ROSNOL AD-NQ1N25A/133-H3 is a precision N-to-N straight adapter designed for 50 Ω systems, operating from DC to 11 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). It combines a Snap-On coupling on one side with a Screw-Lock on the other, ensuring secure engagement and axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 200 and ≥ 500 mating cycles respectively. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz and 700 W at 2 GHz.Materials and plating are optimized for reliability: the N-side center contact is phosphor bronze with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate; the Snap-On side center contact is brass with the same plating stack. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with nickel finish, and PTFE is used as the dielectric. The design offers corrosion resistance and operates from −65 °C to +165 °C.
