Description
2.4mm NMD Jack (Female) to 2.92mm Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body
The ROSNOL AD-NMQ2K25A/9XX-9X is a high-frequency RF adapter designed for precision connectivity between 2.4mm NMD jack female and 2.92mm jack female interfaces. It operates from DC to 40 GHz with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, working voltage 150 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The adapter features screw-lock coupling, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, and supports at least 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.9 Nm.Material construction ensures durability and signal integrity under extreme conditions. Both center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating 3 microinch over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating 80 microinch; bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel passivated for superior corrosion resistance, and insulators are PEI for high thermal stability. The adapter operates reliably from -60°C to +165°C.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver exceptional performance at competitive pricing, making them an ideal alternative to leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to meet specialized interconnect requirements.
