NMD 3.5mm Plug (Male) to Precision N Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-NMPC1PCN25A/9XX-9X is a ruggedized RF adapter engineered for reliable interconnection between NMD 3.5mm plug male and Precision N jack female terminations. It supports DC to 18 GHz frequency range with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, working voltage 335 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. The adapter employs screw-lock coupling on both sides, rated for at least 500 mating cycles, and features axial captivation ≥ 28 N. Recommended torque is 0.80–1.10 Nm for the NMD side and 0.70–1.10 Nm for the Precision N side, with ruggedized nut torque at 1.36 Nm.

Material and plating details are optimized for corrosion resistance and RF stability. Both center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underlayer, and bodies are stainless steel passivated for superior durability. Insulators are PS for excellent dielectric properties. The adapter operates in temperatures from -55°C to +155°C, ensuring stability in harsh RF environments.
