N Jack (Female) to 7/16 Jack (Female) | 4-Hole Panel Adapter | Low PIM | Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-N2D25A-PF/H4-H4 is a low PIM 4-hole panel RF adapter designed for high-performance interconnection between N jack female and 7/16 jack female interfaces. It operates from DC to 500 MHz with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and PIM level better than -153 dBc (2×43 dBm). Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz and 700 W at 2 GHz. The adapter features screw-lock coupling on both sides, axial captivation ≥ 200 N, and supports at least 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.7–1.1 Nm for the N side and 25–30 Nm for the 7/16 side.

Material construction ensures superior performance: both center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underlayer, and bodies are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish. PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric properties, and silicone rubber gaskets enhance environmental sealing. The adapter is IP68-rated when mated and operates reliably from -65°C to +165°C.
