The ROSNOL AD-N2B25A-BH/H4-H4 is a bulkhead RF adapter engineered for reliable interconnection between N jack female and BNC jack female terminations. It supports DC to 4 GHz frequency range with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5×10³ MΩ, working voltage 400 V rms, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz. The adapter employs screw-lock coupling on the N side and bayonet-lock on the BNC side, rated for at least 500 mating cycles, and features axial captivation ≥ 28 N.
Material and plating details are optimized for corrosion resistance and RF stability. Both center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underlayer, and bodies are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish. PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric properties, and silicone rubber gaskets ensure environmental sealing. The adapter operates in temperatures from -65°C to +165°C.
