The ROSNOL TVAC-AD-N1T25A/H44-H4 is a specialized RF adapter designed for thermal vacuum (TVAC) applications, ensuring reliable connectivity between N plug male and TNC jack female interfaces. It operates from DC to 10 GHz with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, power handling ≥ 600 W at 235–275 MHz, and peak power handling ≥ 2400 W at 25% duty cycle. The adapter features screw-lock coupling on both sides, axial captivation ≥ 28 N, and supports at least 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.7–1.1 Nm for the N side and 0.46–0.69 Nm for the TNC side.

Material construction ensures superior performance under vacuum conditions. Both center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underlayer; bodies are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, and insulators are PTFE. Silicone rubber gaskets and brass coupling nuts provide environmental sealing. The adapter is qualified for vacuum levels better than 10⁻⁵ torr and operates in temperatures from -40°C to +65°C.
