N Plug (Male) to TNC Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body (N Side)
The ROSNOL AD-N1T25A/9X4-94 is a straight RF adapter designed for high-reliability interconnection between N plug male and TNC jack female interfaces. It operates from DC to 10 GHz with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20, and insertion loss ≤ 0.1√F (GHz) dB. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz. Screw-lock coupling is used on both sides, with axial captivation ≥ 28 N and ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.7–1.1 Nm for the N side and 0.46–0.69 Nm for the TNC side.Materials and plating are tailored for enhanced durability: the N center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating 3 microinch over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating 100 microinch, housed in a passivated stainless steel body for superior corrosion resistance; the TNC center contact follows the same gold-over-nickel-phosphorus stack (100 microinch underplating) within a brass body finished with copper-tin-zinc alloy. Insulators are PTFE, with a silicone rubber gasket on the N side and a brass coupling nut.
