Description

N Plug (Male) to TNC Plug (Male) | Straight Adapter | Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-N1T15A/933-933 is a straight RF adapter engineered for reliable interconnection between N plug male and TNC plug male terminations. It supports DC to 10 GHz frequency range with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz. The adapter employs screw-lock coupling on both sides, rated for at least 500 mating cycles, and features axial captivation ≥ 28 N. Recommended torque is 0.7–1.1 Nm for the N side and 0.46–0.69 Nm for the TNC side.

Material and plating details are optimized for corrosion resistance and RF stability. Both center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underlayer, and bodies are brass with nickel finish. PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric properties, and silicone rubber gaskets ensure environmental sealing. The adapter operates in temperatures from -55°C to +155°C.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters offer consistent quality and competitive pricing, serving as a practical alternative to major European and American brands. All ROSNOL RF components are manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes and comply with RoHS and REACH standards. Customization options for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to meet specific application requirements.
