The ROSNOL AD-N2QA25A/H4-H4 is a straight RF adapter engineered for robust connectivity between N jack female and QMA jack female terminations. It supports DC to 5.6 GHz frequency range with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 MΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, working voltage 480 V rms, RF leakage ≥ 95 dB up to 2 GHz, and intermodulation ≤ -130 dBc at 2 × 20 W, 1800 MHz. The adapter employs snap-lock coupling on the N side and quick-lock on the QMA side, ensuring axial captivation ≥ 28 N and a minimum of 500 mating cycles on the N side and 200 cycles on the QMA side. Recommended torque for the N side is 0.7–1.1 Nm, with a maximum coupling torque of 1.7 Nm.Material and plating details are optimized for durability and signal integrity. Both center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underlayer, and bodies are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish. PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric properties. The adapter operates reliably in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, ensuring stability in harsh RF environments.
