The ROSNOL AD-N1QN25A/944-94 is a straight RF adapter designed for secure connectivity between N plug male and QN jack female interfaces. It operates from DC to 6 GHz with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 2500 V rms, working voltage 1000 V rms, and power handling up to 300 W at 2.5 GHz. The adapter features screw-lock coupling on the N side and quick-lock on the QN side, ensuring axial captivation ≥ 28 N and durability for at least 500 mating cycles on the N side and 100 cycles on the QN side. Recommended torque for the N side is 0.7–1.1 Nm, with a maximum coupling torque of 1.7 Nm.Material construction ensures superior performance: both N and QN center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underlayer, and bodies are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish. PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric properties, and the N side includes a silicone rubber gasket and brass coupling nut. This adapter withstands temperatures from -65°C to +165°C and offers excellent corrosion resistance for demanding RF environments.
