N Plug (Male) to MCX Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-N1M25A/144-91 is a precision RF adapter engineered for seamless connectivity between N plug male and MCX jack female interfaces. It operates across DC to 6 GHz with a 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 750 V rms, working voltage 335 V rms, and current handling up to 1.5 A DC. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement with axial captivation ≥ 28 N and supports a minimum of 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque for the N side is 0.7–1.1 Nm, with a maximum coupling torque of 1.7 Nm, delivering robust mechanical reliability for demanding RF systems.

Constructed with high-grade materials, the MCX center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underlayer, while its body is brass with the same plating structure. The N side features a brass center contact with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus, and a brass body with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish. Both connectors use PTFE insulators and a silicone rubber gasket for enhanced durability. This adapter withstands temperatures from -55°C to +155°C and offers excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term performance in harsh environments.
