The ROSNOL AD-MU1A25A/944-91 is a precision RF adapter designed for reliable connectivity in broadband applications up to 2.5 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It ensures low insertion loss and stable performance under demanding conditions. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤5 mΩ on the Mini UHF side and ≤3 mΩ on the SMA side, and test voltage up to 1000 Vrms. Screw-lock coupling provides secure engagement, and mechanical durability exceeds 500 mating cycles.Premium materials and plating deliver superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The SMA side uses beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating, brass body gold plated, and PTFE insulator. The Mini UHF side features beryllium copper center contacts with the same plating stack, brass body with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, and PTFE insulator. Coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating for long-term reliability. The adapter operates reliably from −55°C to +165°C.
