The ROSNOL AD-MC1A25A/933-93 is a precision RF adapter operating from DC to 10 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.35 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring excellent return loss performance. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥1 GΩ, test voltage 750 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥90 dB up to 1 GHz. Screw-lock coupling provides secure engagement, with recommended torque of 0.25 to 0.35 Nm for SMC and 0.8 to 1.1 Nm for SMA. Mechanical durability is rated at ≥500 mating cycles.

Engineered with premium materials, both sides use beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating, brass bodies nickel plated, and PTFE insulators for dielectric stability. Coupling nuts are brass nickel plated for long-term reliability. The adapter operates reliably from −65°C to +165°C.
