The ROSNOL AD-M1A25A/99-91 is a precision RF adapter designed for broadband applications from DC to 6 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥1 GΩ, test voltage 750 Vrms, working voltage 335 Vrms, and contact current up to 1.5 A DC. The adapter combines a snap-lock mechanism on the MCX side with screw-lock engagement on the SMA side, providing secure connectivity. Mechanical durability is rated at ≥500 mating cycles, with center contact captivation ≥27 N.Premium materials and plating deliver superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The SMA side uses beryllium copper center contacts with 3 microinch gold plating over 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, brass body gold plated, and PTFE insulator. The MCX side features beryllium copper center contacts and body with the same gold-over-nickel-phosphorus plating stack, and PTFE insulator. The adapter operates reliably from −55°C to +155°C.
