The ROSNOL AD-KQ1K25B/99X-9X is a precision RF adapter operating from DC to 40 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring excellent return loss performance. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, test voltage 750 Vrms, working voltage 250 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz. Snap-lock coupling on one side and screw-lock on the other provide secure engagement, with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm. Mechanical durability is rated at ≥500 mating cycles.Engineered with premium materials, both sides use beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts passivated, and PEI insulators for dielectric stability. The adapter operates reliably from −55°C to +165°C.
