The ROSNOL AD-K2NMDK25A/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for ruggedized test environments, supporting DC to 40 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.20 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation across microwave and millimeter-wave bands. Both sides feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement, with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm and ruggedized nut torque of 1.36 Nm. Center contact captivation meets ≥20 N, and mechanical durability is rated at ≥500 mating cycles.Premium materials and plating ensure superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Both sides use beryllium copper center contacts with 3 microinch gold plating over 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies are stainless steel with passivated finish, and insulators are PS for dielectric stability. The adapter operates reliably from −65°C to +100°C.
