The ROSNOL AD-K1PCN15B/9XX-9XX is engineered for high-frequency RF systems, supporting DC to 18 GHz with a 50 ohm impedance. It delivers a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.04 × √F GHz, ensuring optimal signal integrity. Screw-lock coupling provides secure engagement with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm on the 2.92mm side and 0.70 to 1.10 Nm on the Precision N side. Center contact captivation meets ≥20 N and ≥28 N, and mechanical durability exceeds 500 mating cycles.

Materials and plating are optimized for conductivity and durability. Both sides feature beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts passivated, and PS insulators for dielectric stability. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. The adapter maintains stable performance from −65°C to +100°C.
