The ROSNOL AD-K1PCN15A/9XX-9XX is a precision RF adapter designed for broadband applications from DC to 18 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.04 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation. Both sides feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement, with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm on the 2.92mm side and 0.70 to 1.10 Nm on the Precision N side. Center contact captivation meets ≥20 N and ≥28 N respectively, and mechanical durability is rated at ≥500 mating cycles.Premium materials and plating deliver superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Both sides use beryllium copper center contacts with 3 microinch gold plating over 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel with passivated finish, and insulators are PS for dielectric stability. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. The adapter operates reliably from −65°C to +100°C.
