The ROSNOL AD-K2PC25A/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter designed to interconnect 2.92mm Jack (Female) and 3.5mm Jack (Female) interfaces in 50 Ω systems. Supporting frequencies from DC to 34.5 GHz, this high-frequency adapter delivers VSWR ≤ 1.20, insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz) dB, and RF leakage greater than 100 dB up to 1 GHz. With power handling up to 22 W and a minimum of 500 mating cycles on both interfaces, it provides reliable signal integrity for demanding microwave and millimeter-wave applications.
Both interface center contacts are manufactured from beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Beryllium copper offers excellent conductivity, spring characteristics, and mechanical durability, while gold plating enhances corrosion resistance and contact stability. The bodies are constructed from stainless steel with passivated surfaces. Stainless steel provides superior mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, while passivation further improves long-term environmental durability. PEI insulators deliver excellent dielectric stability and thermal performance.
