2.92mm Plug (Male) to 3.5mm Jack (Female) | Straight Design | Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-K1PC25A/9XX-9X is engineered for broadband interconnects from DC to 34.5 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.2 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, test voltage 750 Vrms, working voltage 250 Vrms, RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, and power handling up to 22 W. Both sides use screw-lock coupling with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm; center contact captivation is ≥20 N and mechanical durability is ≥500 mating cycles.

Premium materials and plating deliver conductivity and corrosion resistance. On the 2.92mm side, the beryllium copper center contact is gold plated over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, fit to a passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut with a PEI insulator and silicone gasket. The 3.5mm side employs the same gold-over-nickel-phosphorus stack on a beryllium copper center contact, with a passivated stainless steel body and a PEI insulator. The adapter sustains reliable operation from −55°C to +165°C.
