The ROSNOL AD-K1PC15A/9XX-9XX is a precision RF adapter operating from DC to 34.5 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It delivers a VSWR of ≤1.2 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz to maintain clean return loss across high-frequency bands. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, test voltage 750 Vrms, working voltage 250 Vrms, RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, and power handling up to 22 W. The screw-lock coupling mechanism on both sides ensures secure engagement, with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm, center contact captivation ≥20 N, and mechanical durability ≥500 mating cycles for robust field reliability.Materials and plating are optimized for conductivity and long-term stability. On the 2.92mm side, the center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, mated to a passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut with a PEI insulator and silicone gasket. The 3.5mm side mirrors this gold-over-nickel-phosphorus stack on a beryllium copper center contact, with a passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut and a PEI insulator. The adapter maintains stable electrical performance from −55°C to +165°C.
