The ROSNOL AD-K1NMDQ25A-BH/9XX-9X is a bulkhead RF adapter engineered for extended bandwidth applications from DC to 40 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.20 and maintains insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz for clean return loss through microwave and millimeter-wave bands. Both sides feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement, while the design supports mechanical durability with ≥500 mating cycles. Center contact captivation is rated at ≥20 N for robust axial retention. The 2.92mm side is mechanically compatible with 3.5mm and SMA, and the 2.4mm NMD side is compatible with 1.85mm, offering versatile cross-system connectivity.

Materials and plating are optimized for conductivity and corrosion resistance. 2.4mm NMD side: beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over nickel underplating, passivated stainless steel body, PS insulator. 2.92mm side: beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over nickel underplating, passivated stainless steel body, PS insulator, passivated stainless steel coupling nut. Bulkhead hardware includes passivated stainless steel fastening nut and a brass copper–tin–zinc washer. The adapter operates reliably from −60°C to +100°C.
