2.92mm Jack (Female) to 2.4mm NMD Jack (Female) | Straight Design | Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-K2NMDQ25A/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter engineered for extended bandwidth applications from DC to 40 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.20 and maintains insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, supporting clean return loss across microwave and millimeter-wave bands. The screw-lock coupling on both sides provides secure engagement with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm, and center contact captivation is rated at ≥20 N for robust axial retention. Mechanical durability is ≥500 mating cycles. The design notes mechanical compatibility of the 2.92mm side with 3.5mm and SMA, and the 2.4mm side with 1.85mm, enabling versatile lab and production setups.

Materials and plating are optimized for conductivity and long-term stability. On the 2.4mm NMD side, the center contact is beryllium copper with 3 microinch gold plating over 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, mated to a passivated stainless steel body and PS insulator. On the 2.92mm side, the center contact uses the same gold-over-nickel-phosphorus stack, with a passivated stainless steel body and PS insulator. The adapter operates reliably from −65°C to +100°C.
