The ROSNOL AD-K1NMDQ25A/9XX-9X is a high-frequency RF adapter operating from DC to 40 GHz with a 50 ohm impedance. It delivers a VSWR of ≤1.20 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation into the millimeter-wave range. Both sides feature screw-lock coupling with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm, while the ruggedized nut on the 2.4mm NMD side supports a recommended torque of 1.36 Nm for stable fixture interfaces. Center contact captivation is ≥20 N, and mechanical durability is ≥500 mating cycles. The 2.92mm side is mechanically compatible with 3.5mm and SMA, and the 2.4mm side is compatible with 1.85mm, enhancing cross-system connectivity.

Engineered with premium materials, the 2.4mm NMD side uses a beryllium copper center contact with 3 microinch gold plating over 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, a passivated stainless steel body, and a PS insulator. The 2.92mm side mirrors this plating stack on the beryllium copper center contact, with a passivated stainless steel body, PS insulator, and a passivated stainless steel coupling nut. The adapter operates reliably from −65°C to +100°C for consistent performance in controlled lab environments.
