The ROSNOL AD-K2A25A/91-91 is a high-performance RF adapter operating from DC to 18 GHz with 50 Ω impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, ensuring minimal signal degradation. The screw-lock coupling mechanism provides secure connections with recommended torque of 0.8 to 1.1 Nm, center contact captivation of ≥20 N, and mechanical durability of ≥500 mating cycles for robust reliability.

Engineered materials and plating deliver excellent conductivity and environmental resistance. SMA side: beryllium copper center contact with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, brass body with the same gold plating stack, PTFE insulator. 2.92mm side: beryllium copper center contact with gold over nickel-phosphorus plating, brass body gold plated, PS insulator, silicone rubber gasket. The adapter operates reliably from -55°C to +125°C, maintaining stable dielectric and mechanical performance.
