The ROSNOL AD-E1A25A/H4-H4 delivers consistent performance across DC to 2.5 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance and insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ. It features low contact resistance (≤3 mΩ on SMA side) and supports a test voltage of 1000 V rms and working voltage of 480 V rms. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure connections, while mechanical endurance offers ≥500 mating cycles on the SMA side and ≥300 on the FME side, with torque ratings up to 2 Nm for FME and 1.7 Nm for SMA.Material construction includes phosphor bronze center contacts on both FME and SMA sides, plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity and durability. Bodies are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, complemented by PTFE insulators for stable electrical performance. The adapter operates reliably within a temperature range of -65°C to +165°C and provides excellent corrosion resistance.
